Reports sent by email (monthly Prayer Recipients and periodic Update Reports) are printable emails.
On a Windows computer, the reports can be printed directly from any standard email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc. When viewing the email, select the Print option or use the Ctrl/P keyboard shortcut.
If you access your email from a web browser, follow the normal print instructions:
- Gmail: When viewing the email, click the down arrow next to the reply button, at the top-right of the message and select Print.
- Yahoo Mail: When viewing the email, click the More button at the top and select Print. A popup window opens with only the email contents. Click the blue Print button in the upper left corner.
- Suddenlink Mail: When viewing the email, click on Printable View. A popup window opens with only the email contents. Click the small print icon in the upper right corner.
